Really great service. We had our G Lexus GS450h battery replaced recently and it now drives better than ever, we also saved thousands (literally) on the cost of a new OEM battery. Hybrid Batteries even helped our mechanic with some installation tips after we had order the replacement battery, very pleased with their service & happy to recommend.

Although the pricing/quality of the parts I received were satisfactory, the communication was very unprofessional. The commitments they made were not fulfilled in the time frame I was told or not at all in some cases. I felt ill-informed and had to constantly work at getting answers which often led to dead ends.
As a Hybrid vehicle owner I have not had a good relationship with my previous car service specialists. But after my recent visit to iTech Automotive, I was really impressed with the service they offered me. Very knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone.
