I booked my car in with GT Automotive for this morning, showed up on time, and was told they hadn’t actually recorded the booking. The person I spoke to was completely unhelpful and made no effort to accommodate me or offer a solution. Very disappointing experience - no accountability and poor customer service. I won’t be returning.
Phenomenal knowledge and service. I was recommend here by my own mechanic who said that Graeme was the man when it came to tuning old V8s His communication was great and came in well under what he estimated. Highly recommended!
I would not recommend this mechanic. He sent away for our transmission to be reconditioned. Just on a year later the cars not even done 1000 miles and the transmission is slipping, and leaking oil everywhere. Denied all responsibility because he sent it out and the guy is now retired. Trans now sitting at specialist waiting to find out what’s wrong and the extent of the damage. We are not done with this and will absolutely be taking this further. We have no car and it’s not good enough! On top of that he charges astronomical prices. $700 for a service is through the roof and I would never have paid that, we have all the invoices you charged the previous owner. Shame on you, and that car should never have sat outside. That’s an indoor 1965 classic, we’ve seen the YouTube videos. Absolutely shocking.

I got my Nissan Fuga fully serviced and wof through the team at GT Automotive Papakura. I got a courtesy car at no extra cost. The car felt great when I picked it up. The price is great and the pay later options were great, I used layby. Definitely going to use their services from now on. Highly recommend.
