   I've used Drivesure for more than 15 years. I love the peace of mind I have from knowing the team gain nothing whenever I fail. I always worry about that wirh going to a normal mechanic but I'm also confident because the team know what they're doing. It is getting costly to be honest BUT I'll keep going back because of the peace of mind & confidence I have!

   Drivesure Manukau doesn’t derserve even a single star. Level of service here is honestly terrible. They nitpick the smallest things just to fail customers and make the whole process unnecessarily stressful. My WOF was failed over an extremely minor seat belt webbing mark on the rear middle seat, something so insignificant it had absolutely no impact on safety. It feels like they look for excuses rather than genuinely assessing the vehicle. What made it worse was the attitude. The way the staff speak to customers is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There is no respect, no proper communication, and no willingness to explain anything clearly. This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had and i’m sure i am not the one only feeling this way. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this branch.

   Not even one star! These guys are used by Easy Auto manukau car dealer and ofcourse we know what that means… I noticed cracks on the walls of my tyres and brought it back here for a check up under warranty in order to get new tyres from the dealer . As soon as I arrived here one of the wof guys here checks and reckons there was nothing wrong with them and argued with me that they’re safe on the road.. I argued saying that I don’t feel safe with this issue on the road for myself my family and others on the road and he reckons nothing is wrong with the tyres at all… but prior to that I had stopped and checked my tyres else where at AA AUTO CENTER and BridgeStone and they agreed it’s a wof fail and it isn’t safe on the road. So there I knew something wasn’t right. I told them I’m going to go to Vtnz and get a wof report which I ended up getting it and it showed my tyres had failed wof.. I don’t know how they have their wof license when they are doing this to people. They would rather save money and do favors for people they know than saving life’s and doing the right thing.

   I booked my car in for a service using their online portal for Monday and they emailed me saying they don’t have availability until Friday that week which was fine. But on Friday as I was on my way to drivesure (10 mins before my booking) they called me to ask to move my service to later in the day because they don’t have the oil they need for my car. Pretty disappointed as I took the morning off work to get this done

   Went in today, they were short staffed, so was asked if I could come back at 3pm, I work nearby so it wasn't a problem. Arrived at 3pm and was driving out by 3:20pm. Great service and will return.
