I took my time to find a reputable tyre shop in my area as I've heard a fair bit of bad experiences at different shops. Bridgestone Takanini definitely lived up to their reviews. I appreciated their communication and flexibility when I had to rebook. They were welcoming and very onto it when I arrived. They were also very assuring they will take care of the wheels during the tyre installation which was my main concern. The crew handled the wheels and tyres with care and did a great job on installing, balancing and aligning my new set of wheels in a timely manner.
Such a friendly and helpful crew. Shanon goes above and beyond to help and gave honest advice. They work so quickly and effectively and truly made me feel welcome and heard.
Luke at Bridgestone Takanini provided exceptional service. While I received cheaper quotes for an alignment from 5 different local providers he was the only one that diagnosed my car over the phone and offered a genuine solution, gave me his time of the day even while managing the shop solo with his junior staff. His inspection revealed I only needed a balance, saving me money. He also swapped my wheels and gave me a free inspection. That’s how you gain permanent customers. Highly highly highly recommended!

Just remember that this place is not an actual Bridgestone and they dont do the deals that Bridgestone offers. You will get ripped of. I will be in later this week week with the receipt as you did not believe me.
Had a booking for an alignment, balance, etc. Upon arrival was told my tyres just needed pumping up which they did free of charge and sent me on my way. The guys here are really honest and I will definitely be back when I need to replace the worn tyres!
After trying other Bridgestone tyre shops and having very little joy, I ended up at Takanini and my what a change. The service was brilliant and the people friendly and helpful. Thanks Josh for doing a superb job.
