Called and got a 'yeah', asked if they had courtesy cars and got a 'no' and hung up lol. First impression was terrible. Lacking even the most basic customer service skills.
Graeme did an excellent job of replacing my cambelt, water pump, brake pads and air filter. He gave clear and trustworthy advice, booked a convenient appointment and cost far less than I had been quoted by a dealership mechanic. I won't hesitate to go back to Graeme in the future
In my dealings with Graham I have been happy with the work performed and advice. A solid old school mechanic. I'd sooner pay a little extra for his competent service and experience. There's no shortage of cheap alternatives, and they never work out cheap.
