Located the item in another Warehouse within seconds and went the extra mile to help out. Now everytime I'm having trouble I look for David as he's super on point everytime!”

“Umesh was great to deal with, they are obviously very popular as they seem to have a lot of cars in at a time and are very knowledgeable. Very quick response to emails. Diagnosed the car quite quickly but couldn’t find the fault - reffed us to a trusted specialist. Was great about leaving my car outside on their premises as I could not pick it up until the weekend. Really appreciated he took the time to call me a week later to follow up all was ok with the referral and see if everything was ok. Would recommend to others.”

Only feedback for improvement is directly mostly toward the Freedom online store - which is that delivery costs are expensive - especially when considering the amount of money already being spent by the customer.
