(Name taken from my receipt) My family and I went in at a super hectic time and were all good to wait a while for assistance as everyone was busy with customers. Managing a retail store myself, I know it can be hard to get to everyone when the customers out number the staff in a big way-but Lewis made sure everyone around him was being looked after and constantly checked in on us, as well as keeping us in the loop if he was going to be a couple mins longer than normal getting my son his shoes or checking sizes on the computer as he had 2-3 customers to look after at the same time as us. We would have been totally understanding if he hadn’t said anything along those lines as we could see he was busy, but it really stood out to us that he took something like that into consideration and he built really great rapport with my 9 year old. I haven’t had customer service like his in a really long time and If my store wasn’t a space that only hires female staff, I would have 100% approached him for my own store haha!”
