Estelle and her team are absolutely lovely and great to talk to. Update (7 months later): Henna was put in my hair by mistake on an overseas trip. Estelle and Shayne worked wonders on my hair when I came home - they were able to lighten my hair a little and then put the right colour back into my hair. I hadn't thought it would be possible, but what AMAZING results!!! So grateful.”
