   I was overcharged and charged more than the price advertised on their website, and they never specified any extra costs. I was also charged $88 when I once asked for medium-length nails, even though I only requested one color. I was then charged additional fees for having my nails cut short during my last visit in September. I only came in four times, and the extensions were not good quality. They didn’t file my grown-out nail tips underneath the extensions, which caused my nail tips to start shedding and become too weak to hold the extensions, so the extensions and the BIAB gel peeled off. I have since started going to a different salon that charges the same price as advertised with no extra fees for cutting my nails short.

   Great place, my nails look great! They were very nice. Only thing I have a problem with is the gems I got on my nails, 2 have already fallen off within a week of getting my nails done unfortunately. I would recommend going but not getting gems. It’s unfortunate since I paid quite a bit.

   What an amazing time. The staff were all friendly and the two women who did my nails were perfect. The first one took off my builder and the second did my nail art. Both were efficient and fast. Wasted no time at all. They were friendly, welcoming, and asked about my comfort.

   I have had my nails done elsewhere for years but was recommended to Diamond as it was handy to my new workplace. The instore experience/technician was delightful on the day, BUT my SNS nails started lifting & chipping after only 10days, by the time I could return it was 2 weeks since application and they said that was all I should expect. I explained that was NOT my past experience and the chipping etc had in fact NEVER happened to me before. I am very disappointed.

   Love this salon, the ladies are all lovely, know their craft and incredibly professional. And they work so fast! I can get my biab nails done over my lunch break, and always get compliments. Highly recommended!

   One of the best nail salons I have been to. The staff and especially Tessa who did my nails were very friendly and helpful. Tessa Even did a french manicure (aditionally to the acrylic infill) even though I did not book it in advance :)
