   If you're looking for a healthy way to colour your hair, I highly recommended the organic hair salon, Ahead with Organics. My hair has got thicker since I've been getting it coloured at Ahead With Organics, and the colour is just as good as non-organic colour ranges. Estelle and her team are absolutely lovely and great to talk to. Update (7 months later): Henna was put in my hair by mistake on an overseas trip. Estelle and Shayne worked wonders on my hair when I came home - they were able to lighten my hair a little and then put the right colour back into my hair. I hadn't thought it would be possible, but what AMAZING results!!! So grateful.

   I recently tried this salon for the first time, purely by chance as my usual salon was overwhelmed with post-lockdown catch-up appointments & couldn't fit me in. I was a bit nervous trusting a new hairdresser, but I needn't have been! Shayne was friendly, highly skilled and knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I wanted.The organic products she used are simply amazing and have quite honestly left my long hair in the best condition it has been in for years. It is no longer dried out and feels really soft with body and lovely curl right to the very ends. I have also noticed that it is not shedding as much as it was. I am completely converted and will definitely be a regular customer from here on. Cannot recommend this place highly enough (and an added bonus, there is free parking on the premises too.)

   I didn't really enjoy this salon, even though it was recommended to me. I was kept waiting, not offered a drink, and my hairdresser was not particularly warm or friendly. The cut and colour was mediocre enough that this tipped the balance and I've since changed hairdressers. I can't recommend them.

   Vickie is great, she's not only friendly and competent, she knows how to cut straight hair! (Believe me, you'd be surprised how many hairdressers cannot)!!! Nice relaxed salon.
