   Awful, unprofessional and unshameful in their pricing. They forced me to pay for extra services that I did not book for. You guys ruined my surprise I had for my partner! Booked an appointment with “Jimmy” who asked what I want and I clearly told them it’s for a classic pedicure. He says they close at 7pm but is happy to let me go at 6:30 and wait for the polish to dry. We arrive and my Gf was surprised and happy. A rude lady who speaks no English met us at reception and asked for what shade. Mind you, I had just confirmed via text and email that I wanted a classic pedicure. She takes us in and does the full pedicure, then near the end realises she used gel instead of classic which costs more. After an hour they suggest to wipe it off and start again opt force us to pay extra. When I booked I was CLEAR that I cannot afford the gel version but she did it anyway. The other ladies agreed that it was their mistake but they made us pay extra. I was fuming but paid and left

   RUDE STAFF and HORRIBLE BEHAVIOUR!!! I generally dont post any reviews but I thought it was important to call out Cornie or Connie's behavior!! She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic etiquettes. I walked in for an appointment and this staff was rude at the reception first up. Didn't bother to hear me out and started with nails. Midway into the process suddenly starts asking me questions about what I actually wanted to get done?? I being a polite person told her again and she starts getting all loud and rude for no reason. I felt sooo intimidated and politely explained to her again. She just walked off on me and started calling me on my mobile while I am in the shop midway into my appointment. I will never go back to that horrible place and entertaining such bigotry and stupid behavior. So unprofessional!!!!

   While the attention to detail and service received was perfect, I was disappointed with the pricing. I was a walk-in off the street, having first checked the site for bookings available, there were plenty, I decided to just walk in for a manicure - no polish or gel, just a plain/classic manicure. Pricing for this 'classic manicure - cut | shape | cuticle tidy | buff | Loccitane hand cream & cuticle oil | Peacci polish/The Gel Bottle gel' is $50 for 30mins. I wasn't getting any polish or gel polish, so the time was easily half, and I expected (wrongly assumed) that the price would be reduced to reflect this, not half but somewhere between $35 and $45. It wasn't, I was charged the full $50 for up to only 15 mins. No complaints about the service received, nails are as I wanted them, it is about the pricing - takeway = ask the price first!

   Only place I trust in Wellington for manicure, the best aesthetic and design for nail art. Got the LUX treatment and handmask was so soothing and moisturizing. Just did ‘cateye’ effect for my natural nails so I can still wear gloves for work. Alina was meticulous to details and I loved the result. Nice soothing environment, always looking forward to coming with friends to pamper ourselves.

   Just had a wonderful experience here. My 11yr old now has incredible nails with amazing nail art, one very happy young lady. And the lovely My did an awesome job of my tired hands and feet while I enjoyed a massage chair. Perfect holiday treat!

   I came to Naillington yesterday. It is located in the heart of Wellington, making it the perfect nail salon for those living and working in this city. They offer a widen range of professional services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancement and nail art. I had had manicure, pedicure, hand & foot massage, nail design and spa service, but their service has always been excellent. The price is affordable, plus they do the works and you could get the experience as 5 star nail service. By getting to sit in a massage chair provides relaxation while they do wonders on your feet! In addition, Naillington’ staffs are friendly, welcoming, professional. Thanks Ms. Rosie so much for making my hands and feet more elegance. Moreover, you will get more than one girl working on your feet/ hand (depending on how busy they are), which someone may think to be weird, but it’s a great way to have a chat to their staffs and time-saving. Naillington also offers a great range of high quality polishes, hand care products and used-non-toxic products from luxury brand. I highly recommend Naillington. I guarantee it will be fun and relaxing time ❤️
