   My first visit to this salon. The staff were very friendly and the salon was clean which was important to me. Very happy with pedicure, great care was taken and good hygiene - will definitely be a repeat customer.

   If I could give this service for eyelash extensions a zero I would from my personal experience. 1st approach was greeted professionally and Tran was lovely with accommodating me to the room. I advised Tran before and upon visit that it was my very 1st time getting extensions (I got classics). During the visit and prep i was squirted by eyelash cleaner all over my face that I had wipe off with my own sleeve as she left the room and the glue which was a strong smell like similar to super glue burnt my eyes red so much when I mentioned this to her I was advised just to keep my eyes closed tighter. When it was time to open my eyes I physically couldn’t as some of my bottom eyelashes were glued to the top and I had to peel my own eye open as Tran just kept saying “open your eyes”. I wasn’t advised any aftercare instructions after the appointment so I googled as much information as I could and I managed to get aftercare (eyelash shampoo/cleaner) elsewhere. I tried to give Tran the benefit of the doubt and left them on for 2 weeks but then due to a painful pinching sensation I had them removed by a different salon which sympathised to me and let me know that she had glued several of my natural eyelashes to 1 synthetic this resulted in damage of my natural eyelashes and left me with just under half of my eyelashes.

   Needed to get my nails cut due to arthritis in my hands restricting me. The service was very friendly and fast. Will be back. Now been in a few times, service is great and consistent, non-judgmental, price is also good.

   Been my regular spot for 2+ years, Hannah always does a fab job on my nails and all the ladies are always lovely and great at what they do. Salon itself is always clean and comfortable, and services are well priced. Super understanding when you're late or have to reschedule, couldn't recommend them enough!!

   I have been going to this salon for 2 months since I first moved to Karori. The two women from Vietnam I’ve been attended by have been absolutely lovely and accommodating. Sometimes I am running late or have to change an appointment and they are always understanding. Today, out of nowhere, their manager appeared and gave me extreme attitude for changing my appointment time due to a work meeting I was in running late. She raised her voice in front of two customers and one of the previously mentioned lovely staff, and she refused to rebook me. Everyone looked in a state of shock. She literally told me to take my business elsewhere, which I am now doing. I only feel sorry for her two staff she’s probably underpaying who have to put up with her rude attitude and poor customer service. What a shame for a local woman-run business. I hope those two women find well-paid employment elsewhere. Anna I have seen your reply but for some reason Google won’t let me reply to your reply. I don’t know you, I’ve never met you. I only know the two staff who have done my nails and they were both lovely. Today I called at 9.45 and at 10.05 and no one answered. If your salon doesn’t open till 10 how am I supposed to call before 10? Come on now. I apologized for being late several times and in return all I got was attitude from your manager who told me to take my business elsewhere. I have since found another salon and I have talked with them about how I was treated in your salon today and they have told me that it’s unacceptable. I will also be asking what the industry standard rates are for nail technicians and when your manager is not working I will ask your nice staff if they are receiving that. Feel free to ask any shop owners in Karori mall and Marsden village if they have had problems with me, I live close by and have a good relationship with most service workers in the area.
