   I don’t ever get my nails done and this was meant to be a special occasion that unfortunately wasn’t that special. Was really disappointed with my experience here. The woman didn’t trust that I had a voucher at the salon even though I had messaged prior and my partner had paid. The prices were different than that on their website and she tried to make me pay more for extensions, saying I did not have enough room for the designs I wanted so I changed last minute to something more basic (pictured) and still paid $75 (including the voucher). After she did the normal gel coats I could still see my natural nail colour underneath and there was a small air bubble (pictured) and when I told her this she didn’t offer to re-do it and said it’s because the salons are different and if I get another layer and it lifts early then I ‘can’t complain’. I opted for the extra layer because I didn’t seem to have another option or they would look worse. The flowers unfortunately don’t look like flowers and the wavy lines also weren’t what I’d hoped for either. I appreciate the art will never look identical but I had thought basic designs like this would be guaranteed to look good. As soon as she was done she got up and left to help someone else.

   Edit: Owner claims we arrived half hour late, we were late but it was 15mins not 30. First tech did not ask colour, 2nd lady/manager even said in store that first lady failed to do this and was at fault for doing the whole set. This review is not unfair but owners reply is an example of refusal to acknowledge any issues. As for what we booked, our email shows we booked and paif for 2 SNS, but on arrival at the store the amount we were charged via website calculations was incorrect and we had to pay more. Email confirmations uploaded as proof. This lady does not care if you have proof she will insist you are wrong. Poor experience. Selected a colour from the SNS examples, the actual colour was almost pure white not beige like the example. First lady redid the nails with another colour, but she got in trouble from manager. Manager/2nd lady took over to finish second try, but was grumpy, rushed through and did a very messy job. She did ask me to confirm colour but I just accepted as time was now short. The second colour was also very different, very pink unlike the one I selected. At the end, to try take heat out of her grumpiness, I said the colour charts may just be old and have yellowed, and tried to explain by showing her my end result vs the colour I selected. She refused to even look at the difference nor accept her chartsnneeding refreshing. If you go there, don't expect accurate colour or a tidy finish. My edges are all flooded and she did none of the normal edge tidying Ive had at everynorher salon. I get my nails done fortnightly and have done for the past 5 years, this was distinctly poor service. My friend added nail gel art to her nails so we of course paid the difference, but the two other transactions prove we were charged incorrectly based on website booking and then charged more in store.

   A+ service and very happy with my nails. Nail technician was awesome really took care of my nails. Have had some bad experiences at some other salons. She gave great tips of how to take care of them. I’m pretty plain when it comes to colour etc but def loved what she did because they were hideous before haha Thank you I will back again.

   Very uncomfortable experience. Staff were rude and unwelcoming, and it felt like I was a nuisance to them. The nails themselves turned out chunky AF, they are not straight and they look messy and rushed. Multiple nail beds are cut and sore, and when the nail tech hurt my hand and I pulled away on instinct, she rolled her eyes and grabbed my hand back. Overall this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this salon :( Editing my review to reply to the owners comment - I was a walk in client (I didn't have an appointment so not sure why they have said this?) and was not happy with the end result but felt uncomfortable saying anything as they had treated me poorly during the whole experience.

   Lovely friendly staff. I booked for my daughter but was happily surprised by the offer to give me a pedicure while I waited for her. Yes, I had to pay for it, but it was lovely, especially the massage chair. Highly recommended.
