   I recently experienced a significant delay of 45 minutes for my scheduled lash appointment, which suggests that the nail services may take precedence. While I have previously been a satisfied customer for pedicure services, I will unfortunately be seeking these services elsewhere moving forward, despite the pleasant interactions with the staff.

   The best nail salon in Wellington!!! I've been getting my nails done here for over 2 years now & I've had my nails done by every technician in the salon & can safely say thay each & every one of them are fantastic. I went to a different nail salon yesterday because I was in central wellington & desperate... & they did such a terrible job!! I should've just waited & come into Jenny's!! I've definitely learnt my lesson... Thank you, ladies, for always providing such wonderful service

   Was unhappy because the nail tech that was doing my nails kept making mistakes. But then i asked the nail tech who was next to me if she cld do mine because she seemed good at her job and she said yes and finished my nails. She was definitely the best nail tech there and amazing at it. She always asked if i was happy with them and was very patient with the designs i asked for. Her name was Jessica and I will definitely be requesting her next time i’m there.

   I am a trainee nail tech. First time was great. Second time nails peeled within two weeks - see pics. Jenny blamed me saying I used hand sanitizer and wash my hand too often. She said I should know they only guarantee nails for a week. Neither her or her staff said anything like that before. She said because I'd been to her and other salons I should know that. How ridiculous! I had not changed my routine so why would I now? I work 9-5.30, yet she demanded I go then or my nails would not be fixed because she would have to pay staff overtime. I had to take 2 hours off work to get this sorted. If she had to pay for my time it would have cost them more! Jenny (owner) openly had an argument with me in front of other customers and blamed me, which made them uncomfortable. Then another technician got involved. I told her to keep her nose out. I won't ever go there again. Truly, do yourself a favour and stay away. If they blame all their customers, clearly they take no social responsibility.! Worst salon ever!!

   This is the first time I've ever had my nails done. The staff were lovely, friendly and very welcoming. I did get a little cut on one of my fingers from the drill but I loved how my nails turned out. There are so many colors and it was hard to choose. I'll definitely go back.
