Glenda was very patient and accomodating when I called especially for a same-day delivery (ordered 2PM, received it before 5PM).
I'm not one for leaving reviews but Glenda and the customer service I got from this floral shop was top notch above and beyond. I have order 2 bouquets from this establishment and both times they have come out to be absolutely amazing and beautiful. The owner of the shop is so friendly and kind and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure her customers are happy and the recipients are happy as well. If you are looking to buy a loved one flowers or do a bouquet for a special event I highly recommend Flowers on High. I will attach the 2 bouquets that I ordered and again they were top notch. I am from the U.S.A and had to do this in an unconventional way but she made everything very easy. Thank you again for the greatest of customer service.

Very disappointed with the selection of roses I ordered for my Wife's birthday on the 9th February. The colours and presentation were lovely but the flowers themselves looked like they were about a week old, with brown spots already showing when they were delivered. Always reluctant to buy flowers the week before Valentines Day, and this reminded me why. Would not recommend this local business.

Beautiful Roses brought for my wonderful wife. Glenda was very nice and so was the other lady, both shared stories with me of their marriages (not overly alot) which helped encourage me with mine. It was a divine encounter by God. Also Glenda it was the PERFECT gift she loved them.
The lady who runs the shop is lovely to talk to, and she does the flowers amazingly. She only has the best quality flowers and has a large variety of papers, ribbons and other things to wrap the flowers with so she can do what you would like. I will be ever going back there
