βGreat place for parents and kids. Just a petty Plunket HQ is trying to shut it down.β
βOur little wild child has been attending this daycare since he was 6 months old β and somehow, theyβve managed to keep up with him (which honestly deserves its own award). Now, two years later, heβs thriving! He can count to ten, sing the alphabet, and even serenades us with songs in different languages none of which we taught him, so weβre giving full credit to the teachers. The staff are absolute saints endlessly patient, encouraging, and miraculously tolerant of our childβs energy levels (which rival a small tornado) Weβre so grateful for the care, laughter, and learning they provide.β
βMy little one is starting there shortly, everyone has been welcoming and accepting of us, especially my limited te reo. First visit toddler was eager to get playing with the tuakana and fitted right in to their routine. The older kids were truly big brothers and sisters to him, helping and giving him little cuddles while they played alongside eachother. Kaiako were able to answer all my questions, give good information, and were like parents to all the kids. I feel comfortable and part of the community. I will update if ever that changes.β
βReally lovely quaint kindy with knowledgeable teachers. Scenic spot with good measures in place max of 25 kids good variety of toys and art. Outdoor area well shaded. Our child was very happy to start here . Parents are kept up to date online with tidbits photos ect through educa where we can give praise feedback and comments. In summary it is an organized and well run center with happy children and nice staff dynamicβ
βBrilliant center great friendly and helpful staff! Great cearing and nurturing environmentβ
βWe have two boys at Kindicare. The staff have been great with them and they are both really happy. Highly recommendβ
βOur kids have just thrived at Smiley faces. They are an incredible centre who really take the time to understand each child.β
βbe careful there are grass worms in this area (they look like blades of grass and will offer you tea- DONT accept itβ
βWe love Kidlywinks. Our daughter has been going since she was 10 months old and she has had a great learning experience so far. With a fully integrated space (0-5 not separated) she has been able to form close bonds and learn with children her own age as well as from those that are older than her. The Kaiako have all been amazing, taking a genuine interest in each child. We enjoy being able to talk to all of them about our daughter. The activities she gets to participate in are always carefully designed with the kids development and interests in mind. She loves year round outdoor play and we enjoy the pictures/videos of her jumping in puddles, exploring the environment in her wet weather gear. Definitely recommend taking a look if you're after a caring family friendly daycare.β
βThe PIU cab is the best I've played on, great quality.β
βRecently rebuilt. Much nicer now.β
βMy son came here for a birthday party and absolutely loved it! Highly recommend for parties or if you want to wear the kids out for the day.β
βGood fun for the whole family. Food prices very good.β
βSurprisingly good! Quick, good food, great coffee (I had a flat white and it was delicious), really good value. Pleasant enough interior, a little dark but don't let that put you off as its a great shopping pit stop.β
