Not sure who I spoke to, but I called recently to enquire about enrolling my child and unfortunately the woman I spoke to was pretty rude, unhelpful and uncooperative, and further, after explaining that my child might be there longer hours on the odd week day, her reply was "thats a bit long for her". Lady, firstly, that's none of your business and secondly some of us have to work. Unfortunately it was enough of a red flag to cross them off our list.
