So for Kings birthday it says on the website that it closes at 9:30. But when I was in there, the machines closed at 9:00. I also had a time card with 20 minutes left…
They have a good variety of Arcades but most of them are broken. Every time that I come is even worse. The bowling machines, which are my son’s favourite, have been broken pretty much since this opened. They should either let you know before buying the credits or start fixing the games.
It's not a very large arcade but it still has some fun games. However the clown machine has been out of order since August 2023 and often 3-4machines are not working... It hard for anyone to justify getting their vip card when half their games aren't working...
This is an arcade located on the lower level of the IMAX theater. It is spacious and clean, which is great. Accumulating points here is easy, and you can get some decent prizes. However, there aren't many great items available. I wish there were more Pokémon-related products. Additionally, there are some machines that are out of order. Nonetheless, among the arcades in Wellington, this seems to be the best one. It would be fantastic if they could provide regular upgrades and maintenance.
The PIU cab is the best I've played on, great quality.
Easy to use play card machine, what made our night, was the amazing staff that allowed us time to use our tickets and let us get the prizes we wanted. Thank you lovely people, great way to finish our night!
