Rice, biscuits jams, pickles, cordials, sauces for a Sri Lankan taste. They have Sri Lankan sweetmeats during the April New year festival and Christmas & New year period. They have great roasted curry powder and other authentic spices. Great asian supermarket to buy snacks and groceries. They have ready to eat frozen Sri Lankan sweetmeats and breakfast and snack items. And natural fruit juices like wood apple and elephant house soft drinks. They have ready to eat chillies paste, brinjal, sambol, chutneys and pickles. They even have clay pots and religious items and statues. you can buy rice and grains and Sri Lankan spices like roasted curry powder. It's in the heart of the city with plenty of parking and close to the Mall.”

“We heard from hubby's mates about this place and how they have the best chicken & chips. Better than kfc & Joe's Cook. So tonight we tried it for the first time. We brought the Monster Munch it had 8 thigh pieces and 8 drums sticks with jumbo box of chips and 2 large potatoes and gravy. Well I have to say the rumors were definitely true. The chicken were freshly cooked to perfection and juicy. The potatoes and gravy were a hit with my kids and the chip's were fresh and crispy especially when you dunk it in the the potatoes and gravy. They also had these different salts there for you to pick from to use on your chips. Would definitely be going back that's for sure.”

Our 3 year old had an accident at Bunnings Petone on the weekend and the staff were so incredible - knew the process,everyone helped accordingly and followed up with a phone call later that day and a gift sent via post. “Staff are bubbly and very kind - man behind register literally singing songs and cheerful. They had many well known branded clothing and it was not ridiculously priced. Store is very clean and changing rooms are spacious. Doors automatically open which is helpful when walking out with your hands full of items purchased :)”

“It's a great place to get all the Indian spices, veggies, pickles, sweets, oil and a lot more. It has a lot of south indian and north indian stuff with a lot of indian brands. It's a bit costly but if you're really carving for some paneer butter masala or some idiyapam or some sweet jalebi you can grab it here.”
