“The movement project is fantastic! I am a hockey player and massage therapist with several old injuries. The sessions with Lawrence have really helped with my core strength, joint stability, endurance and flexibility. It is a great form of recovery but gives you so much more. Lawrence gives you amazing guidance and options to adjust the poses to suit your ability. He clearly has a lot of knowledge on dynamic functional movement and the anatomy. It's also great to be able to access the live zoom sessions as well as an abundance of pre-recorded videos, so you can add in extra strength or recovery sessions whenever it suits. I was genuinely impressed in my interactions with Rowan - I had numerous questions relating to equipment and techniques so that i could help the kids practice following their lesson. He took the time to answer every question I had and nothing felt rushed. His explanations were clear, patient, and genuinely helpful. The two instructors assigned to the group were friendly and knowledgeable. The kids had a great time and said they would definitely be keen to return in the future.”

First he got assessed and then all the "gaps" in his learning are being "filled in". With regular re-assessments we see his amazing progress. This is due to the supportive one-on-one, individual nature of Kip McGrath lessons. My son ALWAYS comes out after his Kip McGrath lessons happy (even if he says he doesn't want to go sometimes!)
