The staff here are absolutely wonderfulβso friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, especially when you're trying to figure out sizing and requirements for multiple school uniforms. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you need. The uniform quality is consistently great and durable, which is essential for busy school years. What a waste of time this shop is. As the only supplier of my childβs school uniform you would think they would keep a good level of stock. They had run out of size 6 clothing in both shirts AND jerseys and I was told they werenβt getting anymore more until the end of the month (3 weeks away). When asked, they just shrugged their shoulders and said you can try Marketplace. On behalf of all working mums who are very time poor, as the ONLY supplier of uniforms in the city, can you do your job. We donβt have time running around trying to source uniforms on marketplace. And for the record, theyβre werenβt any available in my childβs size on marketplace or trademe. Now my child will have to start school looking different than every child there. It defeats the purpose of uniforms and therefore your shop. If canβt manage your stock and suppliers it really the begs the question, are you the right people for the job.
Bought some shoes , took them home tried them on with school socks, too small. Took them back within an hour, no refund, only store credit that must be spent within a year. Awful really.
Terrible experience today. Over charged, made to wait, made to feel like I was the problem. Didn't want to give me the refund receipt. Basically given up on being a customer servicing shop. Wish I could shop elsewhere. They have such an arrogant attitude, knowing we don't have a choice but to shop here. I was the only customer in the shop and you still decided something else was more important. Staff parking in the customer carparks should be towed.

Great service, very prompt with a drive to be accomodating. If they haven't got it in stock, they will look for it in other stores and get it in as soon as possible. I had a great experience, thank you.
