When he realised that what I was looking for is not availablr at that warehouse he gave me some options—places I could go to. Another staff helped me find what I was looking for. We were looked after by Adisen who helped us choose 8 items of both dress and casual shirts and pants, including a Suit. He had great knowledge of the products and what was available. Adisen was attentive to our needs and answered our questions. Adisen made us feel valued as a customer and we felt we made great choices with his advise. We will definitely shop at Hallensteins Bayfair in the future even though we come from out of town.”
