I ordered a bouquet late on a Saturday (the night prior to my mothers birthday) to have delivered the following day - what I failed to notice was that they don't always make weekend deliveries (nothing wrong with that btw) anyway after many messages trying to get in touch to make sure they had received my request, Brigette contacted me to say she was sorry, had been with her family as it was the weekend and was on her way to prepared and personally deliver the bouquet herself - I just want to say to Brigette THANK YOU!! As explained I work away from home for 2 weeks at a time and the days blur into one (and I had no idea it was even Sunday in my state of groundhog day). My mother absolutely adored her flowers, saying they were the prettiest bunch of flowers she's ever received - and I couldn't agree more. Thank you so much Brigette - your service both personally and professionally is outstanding and I wish you all the very best in life xx
I rung Our Flowers on a public holiday to arrange a casket arrangement in 1.5 days time (after trying about 5 florists prior who couldn't help). Brigette went totally out of her way to help and provided a beautiful arrangement with such short notice. Highly recommend, thank you so much.
Brigette was AMAZING. She did such an incredible job with our flowers for our wedding. The bouquets, buttonholes, boutonnieres and archway looked absolutely incredible. I had sent her a photo of my dream bouquet and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Brigette was easy to communicate with and so lovely. The morning of the wedding she helped us out and delivered the bouquets to where we were getting ready! Would not hesitate in recommending Our flowers.
