We were looked after by Adisen who helped us choose 8 items of both dress and casual shirts and pants, including a Suit. He had great knowledge of the products and what was available. Adisen was attentive to our needs and answered our questions. Adisen made us feel valued as a customer and we felt we made great choices with his advise. We will definitely shop at Hallensteins Bayfair in the future even though we come from out of town.”

“Had the most amazing experience recently! On the 10th September I went in an was served by I delightful man who was talkative, kind and ultimately talked me into buying a 3 in one girls jacket. Unfortunately my car got broken into that Friday and the jacket was stolen. I rang up to enquire about getting a digital receipt send through and I was greeted by a delightful lady who was so kind and helpful (she even rang me back to make sure I recieved my receipt). “Recently Maui at the Seafood counter went absolutely over and above to make sure I had a fresh kingfish to fulfil an order I made. He was professional, kind and did such a wonderful job not only filleting and skinning the fish, but making sure I got a fish that was the correct size for my needs.
