Purchased a pair of sandals here a couple months ago to start a new job. The lady was very nice and knowledgeable about the shoes! Recently the back strap had fallen off, so she contacted the manufacturer and got them repaired. Thank you for such a friendly and quick service Simone!
Good service. Owner knows her stuff. Brought 8 pairs of shoes, and a small issue with one so we'll see how well she makes good on the repair or replacement.
Great selection of trendy shoes. Unfortunately I had some real bad customer service twice now and will not be going back! After purchasing a NZ designed boot, wearing it for 2 hours in an office environment, I had already lost a stud from a line of studs at the back of the boot. I went back to the Mount store and was told that "hopefully" they will get repaired for free as it was entirely my fault loosing the stud. There was a small scuff mark where the missing stud should be, indicating I must have scraped the boot which caused the stud to loosen and eventually me losing it. Upon inspection, I found another loose stud on a different part of the boot, nothing to do with the scuff mark. Still, my fault! Long story short I had to wait 2 weeks for it to be repaired. Just picked the boots up from the shop and again, the lady serving me reiterated that it was entirely my fault loosing the stud! No sorry, that shouldn't have happened, just blame. Terrible customer service, twice. Needless to say, I won't be back!
This is honestly one of the worst retail experiences I've had for a long time, I purchased boots here just over a year ago and have had numerous problems with them. It's not just the boots that has got to me so much but the total lack of customer service that I have received. The one staff member has been nothing but rude and I left the store feeling like I must have an actual problem walking! She's made it a point to actually ignore me and I've told numerous people and they are shocked at service I have received.
