“Ever since joining redefined I have had nothing but awesome experiences, and Sam just adds to this. After receiving an injury in football I went to see Sam who has been amazing! She has gone out of her way with scans/trying to find a diagnosis so she can provide the best treatment for the injury. The programmes and exercises she gives are extensive and are appropriate to the level you are at, with options to progress or regress the exercises. Not only is she an amazing physio with heaps of experience, she has a warm personality and looks at more than just the physical injury. “The movement project is fantastic! I am a hockey player and massage therapist with several old injuries. The sessions with Lawrence have really helped with my core strength, joint stability, endurance and flexibility. It is a great form of recovery but gives you so much more. Lawrence gives you amazing guidance and options to adjust the poses to suit your ability. He clearly has a lot of knowledge on dynamic functional movement and the anatomy. It's also great to be able to access the live zoom sessions as well as an abundance of pre-recorded videos, so you can add in extra strength or recovery sessions whenever it suits. Highly recommended!”

“I began my labour at the birthing centre in hopes of having a water birth, the room was spacious and comfortable with a large bath. Due to circumstances I had to transfer to the hospital which even tho I was in pain didn’t feel like a big trip to get there, it took 5 minutes max. I returned to the centre and spent two nights to recover with my partner and baby these two nights were crucial for us to be able to ease into understanding the needs of our baby and not stress about anything else. The team over the days and nights were amazing, all so kind and caring. They were very accommodating and willing to help/answer any questions we had. They provided breakfast, lunch and dinner for me and these meals were delicious cafe style nourishing foods! We left feeling so lucky and grateful for our stay. I would 100% recommend to all māmās to consider staying at the birthing centre. Thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience.”

I had my first physio session with Chris, what a legend, I came away feeling like a new woman, despite him putting needles in my butt, which by the way, didn't hurt and worked wonders. Tash also deserves a mention, so helpful, understanding of my overall needs, recommending additional services that can help me on my journey of becoming a fitter, healthier person. “Great veterinary practice. Have also been to the other clinics in Thames and found this to be the best of them. Could have lost a star due to an incident that occurred when I was there. Said incident was not a direct fault of the practice but could have been easily avoided with better planning. Issue was however dealt with swiftly and we now consider them our pets vets.”
