I have to say. I had surgery about 2 weeks ago now and I didnt have one bad or even average interaction. All the staff and everyone involved were amazing. I'm terrible with people's names, but a few were just complete angels. I probably seemed a little worried and nervous but they seemed to really care and tried to make me feel comfortable. Considering I went in to have a surgery it was a pleasant experience haha Honestly big thankyou to all of you.
Southern Cross Hospital Rotorua provides outstanding care with attentive, friendly, and professional staff. Mr. Viren Kasipersad, the orthopaedic surgeon and to Abri Heiberg anesthetist (great sense of humor) were exceptional, ensuring a smooth stay with their expertise and compassion. The nurses delivered impeccable care, making every moment comfortable and reassuring. With impressive food aiding a speedy recovery, it was truly an exceptional experience from the welcoming reception staff to the discharg! My thanks to you all. I'm giving you a 10 out of 5!!!! Absolute best service and care taken with me. I had my gallbladder removed here and the service from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I left was the absolute best. Every person there gave me such extreme care. Not to mention it didn't feel like a hospital but a warm environment. The food is remarkable and the rooms are so so warm. Best experience!!! Thank you to the amazing staff and surgeon!

Just finished surgery and had the most comfortable stay, awesome kaimahi, great facilites and everything that I need for my recovery. Highly highly recommend. Lovely kai and just so relaxed. Nga mihi nui kia koutou.
