First up, Da Vinci receptionists and Dr Dan's nurse were helpful and friendly, and over the following weeks until surgery, nurses were in touch and very helpful with questions and advice - to get it right. (Dr) Dan Butler came highly recommended by a senior GP. My initial impression of him was that of a confident, outgoing and excellent communicator. He carefully explained what needed to be done, with sketches, and when I left the consultation I felt very much at ease with what would be very delicate corrective face/neck surgery. He checked on me bright and early the morning after what was quite lengthy surgery to see how I felt, and true to his word, my followup occurred exactly eight weeks later. Once again, his nursing staff were also in touch.
