Kristina followed our brief and added her expertise to create a design which is fantastically functional and very much in keeping with the style of our home and our living. The timeframe was perfectly arranged to suit our needs and Malcolm the installer was thorough and ensured everything was perfect. “Don't normally post reviews but must give credit for the super service provided at Gerard Flooring. I mailed a requests for a quote and got a reply back within hours. It was fully set out and reasonable so accepted the price. Karen was very friendly and helpful and she even managed to organised the completion of the project that afternoon. Can't get better than that ! Scotty and Joel who laid the carpet did an outstanding job and they were neat ,tidy and professional. Happy all round ,top service sharp job done and would highly recommend .”

“During a sale we purchased an air fryer, due in store stock levels the model we chose was dispatched from the warehouse and delivered to our home. Prior to the unit arriving we had second thoughts about the model we had chosen. We called it to the store and explained the situation, not a problem we’ll sort things out when the unit arrives the assistant told us. The fryer arrived and we duly took in to the store for an exchange. What breath of fresh air it was no problem for the assistant to do the paperwork and exchange units. Thanks ladies and Briscoes for your excellent service.”

Our bathroom is tiny so it was a tricky assignment. We are delighted with the pieces and will be going to Mike again for our next project - a kitchen island.”
