The timeframe was perfectly arranged to suit our needs and Malcolm the installer was thorough and ensured everything was perfect. Nav who came to complete the finishing touches was also very thorough and a delightful young man. “Super friendly and super helpful people here - it looks like a small family run office supplies business with a reasonable range of printer supplies, printers, hard drives, cell phone accessories and art supplies. They might not have the range of products that warehouse stationery has or PB Technologies, but they make up for it in pricing and customer service. Definitely going back to see Pawan when i need more replacement ink for my printer.”

“Don't normally post reviews but must give credit for the super service provided at Gerard Flooring. I mailed a requests for a quote and got a reply back within hours. It was fully set out and reasonable so accepted the price. Karen was very friendly and helpful and she even managed to organised the completion of the project that afternoon. Can't get better than that ! Scotty and Joel who laid the carpet did an outstanding job and they were neat ,tidy and professional. Happy all round ,top service sharp job done and would highly recommend .”

You may ask for something of the Big Corporate Companies that’s not on display and you get a negative feedback, “like, we only have what ever you see. Seriously? “when are you expecting new shipments” ? Dunno is their answer from the Big Corporate Companies. Bay Office Products Tauranga These guys are pleasant to talk to, they have stock that leaves the Big Corporate Companies for dead.I don’t leave that many reviews but if you need Stationary, these guys are Brilliant. “During a sale we purchased an air fryer, due in store stock levels the model we chose was dispatched from the warehouse and delivered to our home. Prior to the unit arriving we had second thoughts about the model we had chosen. We called it to the store and explained the situation, not a problem we’ll sort things out when the unit arrives the assistant told us. The fryer arrived and we duly took in to the store for an exchange. What breath of fresh air it was no problem for the assistant to do the paperwork and exchange units. “Great place, when you find it tucked away in Paengaroa you may be forgiven for passing on by as it looks like a small place from outside however it turns into a large and very unique collection of items, I am pretty certain you won't find elsewhere, and there are several rooms and a large outdoor collection to tempt any home designer! Very well worth a visit (on a regular basis!)”
