   We would highly recommend Mastercraft Kitchen, Tauranga. Our Consultant, Jes, was excellent and paid particular attention to the minutia of our build. Jes has an excellent personal manner when dealing with both clients and contractors gained from her international overseas experience. Their Senior Fitter, Pat, was marvellous and certainly goes the extra mile for Mastercraft clients. Mastercraft also recommended a builder owner, Matt Winter of Smith & Sons, who was extremely professional, aware, detailed driven, timely and took pride in the finished job. His team of subcontractors were of the same ilk and provided an extremely efficient and professional job. We are extremely happy with the finished product and have taken time to say thank you too all.

   In 2023 we began designing and creating a luxury retirement home. Our amazing Signature Homes build came with a modern fully equipped kitchen designed, built and installed by Mastercraft Kitchens Tauranga. Right from the start, our designer Jes Gordon, clearly understood our desire for a spacious area to prepare and serve great food – allowing us to entertain small and large gatherings. We were also wanting a kitchen with generous effective storage zones for private and off-site catering. In conjunction with our interior designer, Jes guided us to choose materials and colours for our surfaces and fittings which captured the look and feel of the kitchen and scullery areas in the new home - reflecting our personal culture and preferences. During the build process, Jes and the team at Mastercraft used our plans and ongoing discussions to create a stunning final result in 2025 that was truly “exceeding above what we had thought or asked for”. Jes and her team also helped design, build and install a special wooden batten feature “wall” surrounding our staircase and internal lift. Their installation specialists took care to make sure we were fully satisfied with the completed kitchen and living area. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Mastercraft Kitchens Tauranga to be part of any new build or renovation. You should achieve excellent results with a personalised design and skilled product manufacturers. Thank you Jes and the team from Mastercraft Kitchens!

   We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen. Kristina followed our brief and added her expertise to create a design which is fantastically functional and very much in keeping with the style of our home and our living. The timeframe was perfectly arranged to suit our needs and Malcolm the installer was thorough and ensured everything was perfect. Nav who came to complete the finishing touches was also very thorough and a delightful young man. We could not be happier with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending Mastercraft.

   We used Mastercraft to plan and install a new kitchen as part of a renovation process in May 2021. Kristina was our kitchen planer and we were very happy with the planning process and her knowledge. But after that chaos broke loose... The installation process was a mess, cabinets didn't fit, mainly because of errors in production. We had to start organizing with the bench builder an installer to finished his job so we could get the bench top in. It took in total 3 months (!) to actually have the kitchen completed. Plenty of muck ups as well, with chips broken off at side panel edges, wrong size LED strip recess, dishwasher space wrongly cut... and now the bench top joint cracked and water seeped into the corner panel, damaging the wood. Not recommended.

   We were very happy with the consultations with Alex and Jess. We did change the bench top and Alex was great with helping me with this. Jess was great with additional ideas at a follow up meeting. We are very happy with the quality and the overall look of the kitchen. The only minor hiccough with the installation was that the handles were ordered late and installed later. We've had a lot of good comments from friends and family. The scullery works very well. Overall we are very pleased and their input was invaluable. Linda and Tim
