Late night shopping one person on the till while a line forms around the back. Ask another staff member if anyone can help the poor young lad and her reply was no sorry its late night shopping as she’s stocking the bulk bins?? Right so stacking the bulk bin is more important than serving the customers waiting
Unfortunately their Click and Collect system is in serious need of a review. There would have been at least 5 or 6 customers all waiting for their product today and nobody really seemed to know what was going on. Clearly a review of the system is needed - it doesn't seem complicated, yet they seemed to struggle with it.
Recently went in to return an item and the manager came out to check what I wanted to return. 0 people skills, didn't talk to me during her inspection then became rude and argumentative. She had no clue what she was talking about. If you want to hire managers for your store make sure they can string a sentence together properly and give better customer service
During a sale we purchased an air fryer, due in store stock levels the model we chose was dispatched from the warehouse and delivered to our home. Prior to the unit arriving we had second thoughts about the model we had chosen. We called it to the store and explained the situation, not a problem we’ll sort things out when the unit arrives the assistant told us. The fryer arrived and we duly took in to the store for an exchange. What breath of fresh air it was no problem for the assistant to do the paperwork and exchange units. Thanks ladies and Briscoes for your excellent service.
I ordered online a small kitchen appliance on Saturday lunchtime; it was delivered to my door on Monday lunchtime. Now that's what I call exceptional service. Well done Briscoes and Aramex.
There is weird people here. the checkout bloke smelled like piss and KFC frying oil. overall pretty good staff service, nice freindly staff, young curly haired boy was frendly and helped show me to the pillow cases. The store is blue and yellow and always has a sale on, they have a good cutlery selection
Came in here to look for an appliance, but the stench of rotten carpet or whatever it is inside the store drove us out within minutes. Would never buy Manchester or other soft furnishings from here with that smell in store. Yuck.
Loved it, and very organized store and the staff is amazing at customer service.
My wife and I visited on 6 May 2023. This Briscoes is very much the same as all the others I've been to. Great range of products at competitive prices, and also there is frequent sales. Service was fast and the staff were polite and professional.
