   Absolutely horrible 22nd of June i placed my order still have not received nor have i had any valid communication. several emails facebook messages, and calls later and all i get is “we are looking into it i’ll text/call/email back very soon” i will not be ordering from Office Connect ever again. and i am still trying to follow up with them as my order is over $200 worth!! do better

   We have been waiting for 2 months for our order to be dispatched. We have 1 x call, 3 x facebook message, 1 x email. On the call they said they'll call back within an hour with an update - never called me back and we still haven't recieved our order!!! We will not be buying from them again and if you are wanting your order in a timely manner you shouldn't buy from them either.

   I made a purchase online and had no communication for 2 weeks when it will be shipped etc. I persisted to contact them as I was concerned via email and phone, and as I had no reply tried my luck on their facebook page. Finally I had a response, and my items were shipped. Nearly 3 weeks after ordering, the items were received. Happy with the items, but very poor communication.

   Super friendly and super helpful people here - it looks like a small family run office supplies business with a reasonable range of printer supplies, printers, hard drives, cell phone accessories and art supplies. They might not have the range of products that warehouse stationery has or PB Technologies, but they make up for it in pricing and customer service. Definitely going back to see Pawan when i need more replacement ink for my printer.
