Good comms & service. Didn't have the item in stock but they offered alternative or in my case kept the order and delivered the stock reliably when it came in.
Terrible service still waiting on a refund and it’s been 2 years for a product we never received Extra Check order #1710058 I have tried to resolve this directly with you. We sent numerous emails and called a few times . We received 1 email from you and then there was no more responses. I am sorry that it had to come to doing it this was to get your attention but from my experience you do not reply to emails
Ordered this machine on 3rd july thinking it would arrive within 5 days /1 week since they said that it was in stock already. Aldo website says we supply on time everytime which is not the case. Arrived after 3 weeks mishandling the item and apparently problem with shipping. As you can see the machine arrived pretty damaged and was wet. Been asking before for updates and always had to chase up with them as they didnt communicate with me and when they said they will get back to me, they never did i still had to call. Seems a bit dodgy how they do buisness, owner/ operating manager should take note, how to deal with customers and not treat people like just numbers. Will not be doing buisness here again STAY AWAY!!!! Also still waiting for a refund which i didnt get yet!!

Top brands, straightforward talk and great variety. We were assisted by Cafe Supply customer service who delivered a fantastic service. They listened to what we wanted, suggested some options and helped us getting the best product - very knowledgeable guy! Beyond that, they made the pick up incredibly easy and we can’t thank him enough for helping us finding our best fit (and best fridge at best price!) I will not thinking twice to get my next washing machine, cooker or any other appliance - Cafe Supply will be my first stop. We totally recommend it
We have used cafe supply before and received our purchase with no issues. However, my most recent purchase on 05 Feb 2023 still hasn't arrived and noone has responded to my calls or emails. I understand that shipments may be delayed for a variety of reasons but it is a good practice to update customers on when they might receive their order given the delays. If cafe supply could please check their email and voice message and respond it would be much appreciated.
Overall experience was good. I received my second fridge and happy with the quality. There was bit delay as they had staff shortage and I was struggling to contact them but they explained the situation which is understandable. Happy with the service.
