   Have been a long time shopper here but after my recent experience, i won't be shopping with PBTech again. Returned item for replacement on 15th november. Their head office then held onto it for a week before then sending it onto a supplier for assessment even though its a critical fault. ( 5-15 working days notice after a week of it sitting at head office ) Requested refund and now being ignored, followed up multiple times and get " its being processed " . We've been unable to live stream several weekends now, we told your staff we needed it for broadcasting and it was ignored. We're now buying another unit from another retailer, and counting our losses. Sad experience as the staff are all really nice at Tauranga PBTech, and i've spent a lot at pbtech in the last few years.

   Came in on Friday morning to buy a massage gun they advertised as Labour weekend special, the only one of it's model they had in stock. Sad for anyone else who wanted to buy the advertised model... I wish I had ordered it online as the queue to ask staff to collect it from behind the counter was incredible. Three lads serving customers of 4 people in each line. Good to see people buying stuff and I'm sure PB Tech was happy with the numbers of sales. Once the massage gun had been retrieved it was a straightforward process to then join another line of people who were paying for their goods. Forty minutes from entering the shop I walked out with my purchase.

   Awesome service. Missed a sale by 2 days (totally my fault) for a gaming/student laptop, and the sales rep, Alan, who served us gave us a decent as discount anyway. Was very knowledgeable and made us feel like we made the right choice. Very happy daughter all set for uni next year.

   If you need to make a return, be prepared for unnecessary questions that go beyond “change of mind.” Ken repeatedly pressed me for reasons and even gave his own answers for why I was returning. I came in to return a product, not to debate its usefulness. The process was dragged out way longer than needed and was giggling with his mate to the side like it was some sort of joke. For the record, I had no issue with the 20% restocking fee but it’s worth noting that this policy is not made clear and only really becomes obvious once you’re in store if you haven’t already read it online. Please stick to your returns policy and respect peoples time. What should have been a two-minute transaction, not an interrogation, cheers Ken
