   After searching for a sun lounger found one at 4 seasons, tryed ring as they said on website in stock they didn't answer their phone. Left a message. Also emailed the store. Didn't get back to us. So after 24 hours visited the store only had one staff member in the store work will another customer, she did apologise for make me wait. Finally the second staff member returned to the desk who served me. Only to tell me that they had none in store but had them in stock at the warehouse. Was right on Christmas break and said delivery would not be until mid January. Ordered on line and had it delivered from the warehouse in 2 days. Who needs a store now days.

   Ordered, paid good deposit but staff failed to order it as we went back a month-6weeks later to complete payment and pick up but it wasn't there. 4 months on, no contact whatsoever, until i called 22.12.20 to ask why no contact and if it had arrived it was sitting out back. I expressed my concern as when we initially went to pick up there had been no order. I asked them to deliver as we had already paid once for trailer hire from Mobil. They refuse to do so. Poor service all round.

He didn't currently have in stock what I was trying to buy, but gave me the best place to buy what I was looking for, and the place with the best price too!! AND he provided contact phone numbers.
