“Love training at GrapplingHQ. What the boys have created is a stellar culture of excellent technique, amazing sparring and a warm and inviting environment to ask questions and learn as a group. Classes are well structured, focusing on solid technique that is clearly and succinctly explained. It's obvious the coaches are passionate about the success of each and everyone of the team. I have trained at a few places and feel very lucky that I have found this team to be a part of. If you've trained before and are keen to check it out I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed. If you're thinking about getting into grappling (the best decision you will ever make I might add) look no further - you can not do better than these guys. Cheers boys!!”

“Our 8yo daughter has been dancing with Suzanne for 3 years and she loves it. She has additional needs and I was nervous to allow her to sit exams but with Suzanne's encouragement and expert guidance she has sat two and done amazingly well! Suzanne is a patient, fun and kind teacher who oozes passion for dance. She goes above and beyond to ensure her students feel comfortable and are achieving their best. I appreciate the small friendly vibe of the dance school and that parents are welcome to sit in during classes. The show is an annual highlight and is always amazing, and it's lovely to do it mid-year instead of during December madness. Thank you Suzanne from someone who never wanted to be a dance mum!”
