3 years ago I went there and the receptionist said I couldn't get an appointment because I didn't have a 2 year-visa, even though I had been in NZ legally for more than 2 years with multiple visas and I had them all with me. When I explained her about having to years, she just didn't accept it and gave me referrals to very expensive doctors who attended immigrants. I hope the service has gotten better. Why am I saying this just now? Talking to a friend about how she got a good service elsewhere made me remind of this particular case that happened to me and, honestly, if this hasn't been fixed yet it's an opportunity that I have to make people aware.
