“Sushi & Sushi is a new level in sushi. This is the first time I have ever seen a sushi sandwich and let me tell you that the chicken katsu sushi sandwich was 10/10! Form an orderly line and make your way to sushi and sushi now to try this piece of culinary genius. James Ashwin”
“The sushi was pretty good pretty average like other sushi places, but their staff members were so friendly! They had a smile on their face full time, and I was the first one in the store and when they saw me coming in they all greeted me and because I was the first one not all the sushi were on the shelf. Once I started choosing they immediately started to make more sushi to put on the shelf!”

“We tried this place a few weeks ago whilst travelling down to the South Island. We spent the next three weeks of our trip looking for another place with as good food and friendliness and couldn’t find it, so we just had to come back on our way driving to Auckland. Everything is so fresh and such care is taken to keep the restaurant clean and inviting. Thank you Bimi sushi!!”
“I got the BBQ Pork Bun, Mozzarella Cheese Dog, Korean sticky chicken, as well as a lot of Asian snacks. Very affordable, heaps of variety and we saw a lot of trending items like the Pickle in a pouch. The hot food was delicious! Will be back again soon!”
“I love stopping by when I'm in the area. Staff are professional and kind, and the positive energy they project reflects on to the food they serve. Sushi is incredibly delicious, and so is the Ramen! They have a variety of sushi to choose from, which is a bonus for those wanting to expand their palates. They also have a variety of beverages to choose from, including Japanese imported drinks! The restaurant is always neat and tidy and has a beautiful Japanese feel to it! The atmosphere of the restaurant feels peaceful and calm, and this is one of the many reasons I love coming back here. To note, on my most recent visit to the store, a staff member was so generous that she gifted me and 3 others sweet & salty rice crackers. How grateful we were! Thank you, Sushi Magic!”

“El Greco Greek Restaurant delivered an outstanding dining experience. The meal was delicious, authentic and expertly prepared, with fresh ingredients. The portion was generous including the Calamari starter which was amazing. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome without being intrusive. A wonderful, on-the-house birthday dessert added a memorable and celebratory touch. Highly recommended for a reliably superb meal and excellent hospitality.”
“Absolutely love this lovely and cozy place for dinner. Very delicious food and very cozy style feels like I’m at home with my family. Amazing pasta.”
“Delicious! Smash Browns and Chicken Fenders were very tasty and addictive. We felt they were perfectly seasoned, though some might find them a tad too salty depending on your preference. There are plant-based vegan and vegetarian options too. Great for a quick bite before or after flights or while waiting for your rental vehicle nearby. About a 10min walk from the airport terminal. There are boards showing real-time updates of departing and arriving flights. We dropped by for our first meal in the country after flying in, and came again for our final meal before flying off. Plenty of parking outside. Tables are a little sticky, and sometimes the benches during lunch hour have crumbs; could do with more thorough cleaning.”

“I have been wanting to try this place for some time now on my work visits down from Auckland. Glad I finally did, new fav Hamilton restaurant! Service was outstanding, food was absolutely delicious. I had the Turkish meatballs as per wait staff recommendation (I would not normally order this dish first up) and I did not regret it. Portion size was not huge (which I prefer) so room for desert and the baklava and tahini ice cream did not disappoint. You can tell there are some generational recipes being passed down here. Yum!”
“I took a group of 8 ladies to Alpino on Saturday for a Luxe Day Out for my business Her Luxe Travel and we had a phenomenal time. Not only were Alpino great to work with to set up how I wanted the experience, on the day they delivered 110%. The food was to die for, service was friendly and efficient. We were sat in the area at the front that is somewhat closed off from the rest of the restaurant and it couldn't have been more perfect. Definitely glad I've chosen Alpino for my Retreat welcome lunches ☺️”

“Regarded as one of the top three Italian restaurants in North Shore, this Trattoria does not fail to impress. I recently brought my parents for the first time here, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The spacious dining area, complete with offerings like gelato, formaggio, salumi, and il pasticcino, sets the stage for an authentic Italian feast. The service, professional and like a well-oiled machine, only adds to the charm. We indulged in the Leek and Potato Soup, Capresina, Spaghetti Alle Vongole, Tiramisu, and Tiramisu Eclair. The Capresina was a standout, generously topped with premium Burrata and Parma Ham. The Spaghetti Alle Vongole was a revelation—fresh pasta, perfectly cooked clams, and a symphony of flavours that made it the best I’ve ever had. To top it off, their Tiramisu is flawless. The prices are more than fair for the quality and craftsmanship of the dishes. Practicalities? Plenty of parking and a grocery shop next door make it a win-win. My advice? Just go. You won’t regret it.”
“One of the best authentic Napolitan pizza/calzzone you can have in Auckland. We ordered the Diego Armando pizza and a Napolitano Calzzone. AMAZING. 10/10”
