   Not sure why, but every time I attend a gig here, this kid in booty shorts tells me I'm too drunk to be served. It keeps happening. Quite annoying because every time I want a beer I have to leave the premises, go to Hotel Bristol, order from a grown-up, sink my drink in like 90 seconds then head back to San Fran, hoping I haven't missed too much of the set i've paid good money to see. I'd recommend some staff training.

   Went to a concert here, cute old school venue. Sound system was great, staff friendly, drinks were good. Didn't have food here, bathroom a were clean but had graffiti - not sure if that's the old school vibe they wanted or not?

   Coolest venue I've been to in ages. Caught the recent "Two Hearts" show here as part of the comedy festival. We bought the tickets after we had had a few wines. But unlike some choices made post-wine, this one turned out to be great. I had a good beer from a local brewery. The seats and view were excellent. The atmosphere at San Fran really enhanced the whole experience. We ended up on a table with another comedian and her mum. They were a lot of fun. The mother told us all about her recent trip to Antarctica - sounded nice. She offered to take a picture of us and ended up with my phone the wrong way around. We were treated to a close-up image of her confused face on the screen that was pointing at us. Would love to come again and hope we get a table with our entertaining new friends.

A lovely intimate medium sized venue & great location. The balcony is lovely & was appreciated after the gig to cool down on before heading out. Look forward to our next event here.
