Went for a drink with my mates last night. We were all sitting with a couple drinks at a table in the corner not making a fuss and the so called “manager” who looked around 16. Came over to kick us out for no apparent reason, bit of abuse of power if you ask me. We saw a lot of people falling all over themselves around us but she decided to come over and kick a whole group of us out whilst we were just sitting, drinking and chatting. I won’t be recommending this place

Went in with coworkers on a Friday evening, got served by Paige! 10/10 she was so lovely. I finished 90% of my beer and she already had one on my way. Waffle fries were unreal, brought of very fast, no doubt by the kitchen but not without help from the wonderful Paige. Paige is an ironic name because I could write pages about her excellent service. I hope she gets a raise.

It was such an amazing time, Cody and Ella were the best bar-xperts that I’ve ever had, they were so lovely and made the best drinks and food!!! 10/10

Came in here at 6pm on a Tuesday with my partner as we were wandering down Courtney Place looking for somewhere to have a drink before dinner. We were not disappointed. The girls behind the bar were lovely and kept a positive vibe with all their customer interactions. The music was good and unlike all the other bars down Courtney, the music wasnt so loud I had to yell over it to be heard. The happy hour was amazing and I appreciated being informed of it when we first got in. I will be coming back next week with my friends for sure.

Have been going to the quiz each Thursday, but finding it to be a very mixed experience. The quiz itself is a lot of fun, but the prizes and the way the bar manages them are extremely disappointing. First place will get you a $50 voucher, however you're apparently not allowed to use this to settle your bill in conjunction with any other offer. For example, the bar offers two-for-one drinks prior to 7pm, but will force you to pay full price for them if you try to use the voucher you won to pay for them. I'm not sure why they offer a prize equivalent to New Zealand currency if they then refuse to honour it when it doesn't suit them. The vouchers are also only valid for a week, so if you don't go to the quiz the following week the prize is completely worthless. I'd recommend taking your quiz team elsewhere if you don't want your win to end in bitter disappointment.
