   Kong sits around a 2–3 star experience for me, mainly because the music isn’t my personal taste — which isn’t the club’s fault, but it definitely shaped my overall experience. I had a New Year’s ticket but didn’t end up going, as I found the surrounding clubs offered a better overall experience. From other visits, the vibe was there, the bouncers were friendly and easy to chat to, and drink prices were standard for a bar/club. The main downside for me was that there’s very little room to dance when it gets busy, which takes away from the enjoyment.With more space, it would be a lot better. Not my scene personally, but if the music is your style, this could easily be the club for you.

   Avoid this place like the plague. The female security staff is extremely rude. Asked me to leave as I had not ordered a drink for a while and that I was just “looking”. I have travelled the world and have been to enough places and needless to say people need to either boycott this one or the management needs a staff who can smile. A message to expats - AVOID and speak the word around. The owner gave the biggest bullshit response ever - Neither I had any physical contact with anyone nor did I have any intention. I was clearly asked to leave as i was just "looking". Let the owner check this internally before making excuses for t he extremely appaling behaviour of the staff. Your plave will always remain a local joint - you will never be able to become or draw international clientele on a consistant basis. Once again, i request folks to stay away from this place. There are better places with a more polite staff just around the corner.

   I had a very disappointing experience at Kong Club. My friend and I were denied entry, and it was clear that the reason was based on my Indian ethnicity. This kind of racism is unacceptable and made for an extremely uncomfortable situation. No one should be treated differently because of their background. I expected better from a venue that should promote inclusivity and respect for all. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this club.

   Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (Zero, if possible) Absolutely terrible experience. The bouncers at this club are blatantly discriminatory and refused us entry for no valid reason other than pure racism. No one should have to face this kind of treatment in 2025. If you care about respect, inclusivity, and basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. Shameful behavior from the staff — management should be held accountable.

   Not impressed with security or staff at these premises...My daughter turned 18 last week and couldn't wait to experience the night life at KONG...Unfortunately she went to the toilet at 1am not sure if her drink was spiked or she just fell asleep but awoke at 4am...Walked out and security asked each other who checked the toilets!!!OBVIOUSLY NO ONE...and there were only 4 toilets...This is not good enough lucky my girl was OK... but if she hadn't of been she could of died in their with no one knowing...PLEASE REVIEW YOUR LOCK UP PROCEDURES and look after our young people wanting to have an enjoyable safe night...

   be aware that underaged children are getting into Kong. I know of 15 year olds that have been let in with fake ID's. Security is not up to standard.
