“We spent three nights at this fantastic location with bush and water views overlooking the Otago Peninsula. Close to the quaint Portobello Village with pub, cafes and restaurants as well as easy drive to Penguin Place, Monarch Cruise and Albatross Centre. Comfortable bed, big bath, well equipped with everything you need. Shaun is a wonderful host, very welcoming and informative about the local area. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Loved the bird table and birds that came to visit.”

If you are looking for a house full of period character features and a quiet getaway, I would highly recommend Oak Lane Lodge. Sue and Gary were fantastic hosts and could not spoil us enough.
