“We had a heat pump HWC installed by Plumbers HB and would highly recommend their service. The HWC was installed soon after it had arrived in stock and was all done efficiently within one day. We are very pleased with the product. Subsequently we ended up with a leaking pipe (which was found to be unrelated to the installation), and Plumbers HB sent a plumber who fixed it ASAP even though they were all out on jobs. Great service”

“One of the best customer experiences in my life. Bought 2 taps online, but had an issue with one of the taps. Got responded to very quickly, a replacement part was sent the same day, and it was all fixed within a couple of days. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!”

“After construction left me with a large barren area to replant, Annemarie came to do a garden design site visit and recommended suitable plants for replanting. Sourcing the plants from the Maryflower nursery, two years on, they are well established and the new garden is an absolute pleasure to behold. Annemarie has continued to assist me with design advice for the rest of our large, hilly section and she assists me with the planting and maintenance, coming once a month for a morning. I am a keen gardener myself, but have learnt such a lot working with Annemarie.”
