Charlotte was extremely helpful assisting me to understand the options and choose the best option for me... and then, (because of circumstances out of my control), I had to cancel it the day before. “Allied moved me out of my house today. It was rainy and blowing a gale and it is always 10 times worse at my place as I live at the top of a hill with 36 steps!! I felt so sorry for the team as they worked steadily all day, packing in the morning and moving heavy boxes and large pieces of furniture in the afternoon. The rain and wind didn’t stop once and I didn’t hear a single word of complaint. I couldn’t recommend a team of movers more. They were led by a woman who impressed me so much. Her fortitude and her packing ability were 100%. She was a great example to all the others and she took particular care with all my precious pieces and paintings. Allied had stored our furniture for two weeks free of charge and then moved it all into our new home two days ago. All of our considerable stack of furniture was moved in quickly and with out any fuss. Then all was unwrapped and we were free to empty the multitude of cartons. With family help we had it all done by Wednesday and with just a simple phone call we were able to get the guys back to remove the considerable packaging. What a relief! It was good to hear that Allied rrecyvle as much as possible too . I was impressed by the attitude of our movers. Led by Meriera, who was particularly easy to deal with and very efficient, everything and more was done to make our transition easier. All of my cherished ornaments and paintings which MERI had packed for me arrived in pristine condition. Thank you so much Meriera and thanks to your team and Allied for a job well done. “It never fails to amaze me how Mister Minute can take the most unusual jobs and turn them into something miraculous. In this particular instance, it was a set of cufflinks made for me overseas that carried significant sentimental value. I think the arguement here is that no job bigger or small that can't be handled by Mister Minute. “A surreal experience! I would not have thought it possible to get a new roof on my bach so quickly. From first contact by phone to paying the final amount was a little over three weeks! From the first contact a quote was organised in about 4 days (and over a weekend). 4 Dec. quote received via email then discussion of details and colour; 5 Dec. advised “coil already on its way from Rotorua”; 6 Dec. deposit paid; a bit of time required for scaffolder but this was in place when I travelled up from Wellington on 14 Dec.; 19 Dec. returned home after job substantially completed day or two before (except barge flashings); 22 Dec. job complete and final payment made. Wow! My thanks to Stratco, the boys who did the installation, and especially Matt who took the time to carefully answer my many questions. Admittedly my bach roof was a relatively simple job, and I was lucky to catch a “window of opportunity”, but I was impressed by how Stratco “turned up the wick” to get it done before Xmas.”

“Just a few small jobs, added extra holes with eyelets to running shoes, gluing a sole down on a pair of leather shoes and punching extra holes on a pair of sandals. 3 pairs of shoes made wearable again. Really good service, tidy work, and inexpensive, priceless if you get to wear your old favs again. Very happy customer I recommend the village cobbler, friendly guy and his lovely dog.”
