   My strongest advice against engaging this company! Worst customer service experience! Our builder got them to install a LPG gas station for our stovetop a while back. Now we have a gas leak, so the builder asked them to give me a call. They called and I was told it's probably a hose leak. I've asked for an appointment, so I can be present during the assessment and get a price, but was told, that they can't give me time, as they turn up when they can during the day and I basically need to grant them access to my property. Then I've asked if they can give me a call straight after the assessment to let me know what needs fixing and how much it would cost. I was told "No" again, they need to fix it and I'll get the bill and it will be in the hundreds (it's quite a broad range). I was told if I'm not happy with their terms to get another plumber and the time spent with me on the phone is preventing them to talk to other customers! Don't deserve even the one star rating!

We are really happy with the work that was done for us on our bathroom renovation and improvements to make our gas bottle station safer.    Layne Watson removed an insinkerator from my place a couple of weeks ago. When I received their invoice I was surprised at the cost of materials. I put it on the to pay list. The day before it was due I received a call from the office lady stating that they had overcharged me on materials. She was extremely apologetic. I was impressed with the honesty of the company as I am sure many companies overcharge and do not seek to rectify. I was very happy with the workmanship also.

   BY THE FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Been struggling now for over 4 months in a brand new townhouse to get them to fix up the holes in my ceiling they made because there was a leak due to the new shower not being connected correctly in the first place! They don't respond to emails, they don't call back. Its not my job to keep following up with them as a tenant!

   Get a quote and watch their charging for travelling. And check they actually did what they reckon they did. In fact just call a different plumber. Paid in the end just to get rid of them. EDIT: After seeing this review they invited me to call them and Layne Watson did call me back. After two calls (and three emails to our builder before the google review), they did refund the money for the work they did not do.
