   I wouldn’t recommend this plumbing company. The plumber failed to clearly explain their pricing structure, especially regarding vehicle charges and travel time. I was shocked to find out they charge both an hourly rate and additional travel time, which was never mentioned upfront. The lack of transparency felt misleading, and the final invoice was much higher than expected. If you’re considering using their services, I strongly suggest getting a detailed quote in writing beforehand—or better yet, shop around and compare with other companies. You might save yourself a nasty surprise.

   Awesome service. Great from the very first contact in setting a realistic expectation of when I would see a plumber. The plumber was able to quickly diagnose a weird issue, and promptly solve it also. All for a reasonable price. Will call you again if I have any more plumbing issues.

   We had George pop around to our home to fix a leak, our lawn was all soggy, and he detected the leak straight away. A tree root/trunk had grown into the pipe. He fixed immediately, then fixed a tap for us, he was amazing. Kay quickly replied to our email. We will always use Plumbers HB. Thank you lovely people- kind regards Janine

   We had a heat pump HWC installed by Plumbers HB and would highly recommend their service. The HWC was installed soon after it had arrived in stock and was all done efficiently within one day. We are very pleased with the product. Subsequently we ended up with a leaking pipe (which was found to be unrelated to the installation), and Plumbers HB sent a plumber who fixed it ASAP even though they were all out on jobs. Great service
