Non existence customer service. We walked in and wandered around the shop for almost 20 minutes yesterday. Not one of the 3 staff members greeted us or even came and asked us for help and they werenβt busy. So we walked out. We were wanting to refit 3 bathrooms but this place won't be getting our service. Disappointing.
Grant was very helpful finding me a sink basket. Very pleased with the effort he went to to source it for me.
What an amazing experience, first time in the shop. Very professional and extremely helpful. Staff member Lou listened to and explained to us the different opinions we can go with. We left with a great list to kit out our bathroom. Can't wait to see it all together. Definitely will come back and recommend this store to anyone redoing or adding a new bathroom.

One of the best customer experiences in my life. Bought 2 taps online, but had an issue with one of the taps. Got responded to very quickly, a replacement part was sent the same day, and it was all fixed within a couple of days. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
