Each window had its own set of problems and Colin was able to return them all to easy operability with the installation of new sash cords, additional weights to re-calibrate them following some re-glazing, and some brush-seal to deal to the rattling. Colin provided a highly professional service with excellent workmanship and great communication - and, all at reasonable cost. I highly recommend Colin to anyone who loves the old double-hung sash windows and wants theirs to be treated kindly.
