   We recently appointed Bay Brothers Plumbing for a substantial renovation over recent months which included installing a new hot water system, installing a large gas fireplace and plumbing for kitchen/scullery, three bathrooms and a laundry. Mark was always very professional and has excellent communication skills and leads a great team. The quality of the work was always extremely high and delivered on time.    If you’re looking for a plumbing professional then you’ve found it in Mark Smith and his team. Professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They do all our plumbing and gas and go above and beyond - the boss (Mark Smith) came round on Boxing Day and in a few minutes sorted a watching machine waste pipe issue - gratis. Doesn’t get any better than that. Highly recommend these guys.

Bay Brothers brought in plenty of man power to search for the leak, provide alternate hot water supply (so we didn't have to forgo hot showers!) & fixed the problem within a short time - all the while keeping us up to date how the search was progressing - great service!
