   DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - WRITING THIS REVIEW AFTER THE DISPUTES TRIBUNAL RULED AGAINST THEM. Hiring Fast N Fixed NZ was a complete disaster. We needed urgent help after a burglary and were met with nothing but incompetence, lies, and stress. In the short time they were on the job, they managed to: - Install a security deadlock BACKWARDS, with the screws on the outside, making it completely useless. Anyone could unlock that door with a pesky little screwdriver. - Drill the doorknob hole incorrectly(leaving gaps behind the doorknob) and hang the door crookedly. - Repeatedly fail to show up, including on a day I took 3 hours off work to meet them. - Lie about ordering parts for the job. - Communicate so poorly that our calls were ignored, and we were told to text instead, while they did no shows. When we rightfully fired them for this circus of failures, they tried to intimidate us with an absurd invoice for $3218.85!! FOR ONE BASIC GREEN BUNNINGS DOOR, that they installed incorrectly. and then threatened debt collectors! We took them to the tribunal, and the outcome says it all: The ruling was 100% in our favour. We were asked not to pay a cent and they had to come collect the door. Even then, they collected the door 1 week after deadline. Absolutely hopeless. This company is not just unprofessional; their work is a dangerous liability. Do not trust them with your security or your money. I couldn't help feeling like I was being scammed, I'm so glad that the dispute tribunal saw through their shenanigans.

   Fast and Fixed were very quick to respond to my request for an electrical services. A very knowledgeable electrician visited my home and quickly fixed the issue. I had previously used Fast and Fixed for the first time to fix hinges on my kitchen cabinet doors and they had done a great job. I am very impressed and satisfied with Fast and Fixed service and plan to use them for all my future handymen requirements.

From the time Om picked up the phone he was courteous, professional and understood exactly what I wanted to do. I can't speak highly enough of this company. So if you want a professional value for money job well done then don't hesitate to call Fast & Fixed.

   I would not recommend their services to anyone. The pricing is unjustified and they don't give you the courtesy to explain - in my case no response to my email query and rather a threat to my tenant for debt collection. I simply queried as to how fixing 2 door hinges would add up to $615, which cost $98 per the invoice (including the markup of course) - the rest..callout + labour.. $400+ worth??!
