We worked with Wrightways to complete our EQC repairs. They advocated for us where needed with NHC and once resolved were quick to begin works in a timely manner. There was great communication throughout the repair, and all works were completed to a high standard, highly recommend!
We consider ourselves fortunate to have worked with Nick and his team from Wrightway while we were having the remediation of our earthquake repairs done. Nick was excellent, always keeping us informed of timeframes and making sure the job was completed on time despite a couple of hiccups that could not have been forseen. We engaged Wrightway after finding an earthquake crack through our floor slab and we chose them because of their experience in this area. They made the process so easy, the staff are friendly and helpful and the finished job looks great. We also engaged them to do some additional private works and that went great too. They were very accommodating to changes and owner supplied items and I would happily recommend Wrightway to others needing renovation work. The project managers are easy to get hold of and very receptive to feedback, any issues were resolved quickly and in full. If I was to be critical, the timeframe did stretch out a bit but I guess that's not to be unexpected with so many trades involved however it wouldn't stop me using them again. Slowest in the world. I bought a house while my neighbour doing EQC repair for just a double garage. After many months that one garage is still under construction. Workers occasionally working in there. I want to do a raising garden in front of my house have to wait for them to finish the fence. Never ending project. I assume they have other bigger projects and this is not a priority for them.
I cannot recommend Wrightway Construction enough. They have just completed a significant on-sold, with private works programme for us. From start to finish the communication was excellent, particularly as we were overseas for a good portion of the works. Everyone involved were a pleasure to work with and offered a professional, efficient and timely service. We had Wrightway Construction complete our on-sold repair. They were amazing to work with, Luan the Project Manager was always around for any questions and always wanted to find the best, most cost effective solution for us. The quality of their finishing was fantastic, keeping and respecting the character or our 1930's property. Health and Safety is paramount too, they were always making sure that everyone was signing in and hitting anyone up if they weren't following health/safety protocols. The vibe of all the workers was positive, a very calm and supportive building site - we had a number of positive reports from neighbours on how friendly and respectful all the builders were. Definitely would recommend.
